Tec Support Group is currently seeking IT technicians. |
|
Ideal candidate should posses the
following knowledge and skills:
* Overall experience in computers
and good communication skills. |
* Ability to complete installation,
configuration, troubleshooting & maintenance
of local area & off site computer networks
and associated assemblies. |
* Ability perform analysis
of network needs and contributes to design of
network architecture, integration, and installation. |
* You will also provide support
to and train users in local area & off site
network administration and usage. |
* You will be in charge of
installing various types of hardware and software,
including servers, peripherals, network nodes,
terminals, and wiring. |
* In addition to network administration,
you will also be in charge of the daily desktop
support. |
* Configure, setup, and troubleshoot
TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WINS, etc. |
* Maintain, configure, upgrade,
and repair, servers, PC’s, laptops, routers,
switches, and hubs |
* Desktop and laptop hardware
and software setup, configuration and maintenance |
* Work with vendors, negotiate
maintenance contracts and schedules |
* Setup, troubleshoot, and
install printers, scanners, and other peripherals |
* Purchase computers and computer
related equipment and software |
* Assist in updating web site
content |
* Provides technical leadership
and understanding of potential client needs |
* Ability to apply troubleshooting
techniques to quickly resolve network and hardware
system problems with desktops, laptops and printers
and Various IT tasks |
* Valid SCDL, reliable transportation
and proof of auto insurance required. |
